Sizhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Wangdu County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Wangdu County, 4.5km away from the county, which is in the triangle of Wangdu County, Tang county and Shunping County. It borders Zhaozhuang town in the East, Wangdu town in the south, Heibao Township in the southwest and Shunping and Tang counties in the northwest. Sizhuang town is named after the town government's residence in Sizhuang village. In April 1961, Sizhuang people's commune was established. In January 1984, it was rebuilt into Sizhuang township.
