Liyuan Town

Liyuan Town is located at the junction of Linfen and Yuncheng. It is located at the north end of Yuncheng and is known as the "North Gate" of Yuncheng. It is about 25 kilometers away from Wenxi County and 10 kilometers away from Houma City of Linfen. It borders Haozhuang township of Jiang County in the East, Dongzhen Street in the south, Xuedian town in the west, Shangma township of Houma City in the north and Liuquan township of Xinjiang.

Liyuan Town has a long history. It was called Mulan town and Rand town in ancient times. It got its name because Hua Mulan, the heroine, led her soldiers to fight here and guarded tiezhaguan pass. The town has convenient transportation conditions and superior geographical location. The Dayun Expressway, the second and third class highways and the Nantongpu railway pass through the area. Tongcun road extends in all directions, crisscross. The terrain of the town is complex, with mountains, mountains and rivers.

In particular, the 500000 ton cement project of Xinguang Cement Co., Ltd. with an investment of 128 million yuan has been put into operation.
