Haixiao Street

Haixiao street is under the jurisdiction of Tongzi County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is located in the north of Tongzi County, adjacent to kuankuo town of Suiyang County in the southeast, Huaqiu town in the southwest, Loushanguan street in the South and Dahe Town in the north, with an administrative area of about 60 square kilometers.

History of construction

From the 29th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1601) to the end of Qing Dynasty, it belonged to dongliuli and Toshiba.

Qing Guangxu 34 years (1908), is a district.

In 1941, it belonged to wusheng town.

In June 1950, wusheng town was abolished and changed into a district.

In April 1954, it was renamed Chengguan town.

In September 1958, it merged with Anshan District to establish Dongfanghong commune.

In July 1960, the Chengguan Management Area of Dongfanghong grassroots society was established.

In February 1961, the management area was transformed into Chengguan Town, which is still subordinate to Dongfanghong grassroots society. In August of the same year, the original district township system was restored.

In July 1992, Loushanguan Township, Dongshan Township and Chengguan Town merged into Loushanguan town.

On April 22, 2016, Guizhou provincial government [2016] No. 123 approved to abolish the organizational system of Loushanguan town and set up Loushanguan street and Haixiao Street respectively.
