Friendship Street is located in Taiping farm of Panshan county. On January 21, 1988, Youyi street was established, with some administrative areas of Taiping farm in Panshan County as the administrative areas of Youyi street.

Friendship Street is located in Taiping farm of Panshan county. There are many points and long lines in the area under the jurisdiction of Youyi sub district office. In addition to underground operation points, it extends to qingduizi in the north and Goubangzi in the northwest, including gouxiao community in Tianshui Town, with a total area of 3.27 square kilometers. It is adjacent to Jiajia brigade of Taiping farm in the East, Wukeshu gold brigade of Taiping farm in the west, Dujiatai brigade of Taiping farm in the north and Taiping River in the south. There are 3956 households with a population of 12900. It governs four communities. Gou (Bangzi) pan (Jin) and the city ring road transit.

In 1996, it covers an area of 48 square kilometers and has a population of 17000. It has jurisdiction over 12 neighborhood committees, including underground No.1, No.2, No.3 transportation company, No.2 road construction company, friendship depot of material supply company, friendship grain depot, Goubangzi depot of material supply company, Liaohe Petroleum School, Xinglongtai pickling plant, qingduizi farm of No.1 oilfield construction company, and qingduizi farm of No.1 oilfield construction company. In 2002, the office was located in the underground company, with a population of 12900 and an area of 3.27 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over four communities: Jinghong, Jingan, Youyi and gouxiao.
