Hedong street of Qingyuan district is located in the southeast of Ji'an City, on the East Bank of Ganjiang River, in the center of Qingyuan district. Historical evolution

Hedong street, which was originally subordinate to Ji'an City, was composed of Hedong town and street in December 2001. After Ji'an district was set up as a city in April 2000, it was divided into Qingyuan district. The area under its jurisdiction is the same as the original Hedong town.
