Gulou Street of Yu'an district is located in the old city transformation area of Lu'an. It was established by merging the former Gulou Street and Beishi street in August 2004. Jiefang Road in the East, dongdajie street in the south, Laopi River in the West and Guangming West Road in the north, with an area of 1.62 square kilometers and a population of 64004 (in 2010), there are 79 provincial, municipal and district units in the street, and 7 community neighborhood committees.
