On March 24, 2017, Sujin street and Chengbei street were abolished, and a new Sujin street in Gusu district was established by merging the original two street management areas. The newly established streets of Su Jin, which manage 12 community residents committees, have a total area of about 10.28 square kilometers, and 44359 registered residence population. The office of the subdistrict office is located at 1228 Ping long road.

(1) Xingfu village committee starts from yuanhetang in the east to zongguantang River (Huajin Village) in the west, pingmen railway overpass in the South and Huanan village in Xiangcheng District in the north. With an area of 1.48 square kilometers, there are 435 villagers (residents) with a population of 710 and 8 villager groups. The village committee is next to Dongsheng overpass.

(2) Huajin village committee starts from Xingfu village, No.1 Bridge of Chengbei highway in the East, and ends at Jinguang village, No.3 Bridge of Chengbei highway in the West; starts from suzhan village in the south, and ends at Jinguang village in the north. With an area of 1.5 square kilometers, there are 759 households with a population of 1580 and 11 villager groups. The village committee is located at the West Hualian intersection of No.2 bridge of Chengbei highway.

(3) Jinguang village committee starts from yuanhetang River in the East, adjacent to Yuanhe town (Huanan Village), and borders Xinhua Village and Jinxing village in Chengbei street in the West; it goes to national highway 312 in the south, Lihua Jinqiao in the north and Wenling village in Yuanhe town in the north. It covers an area of 1.1 square kilometers, with 360 villagers (residents) and a population of 1258. It has nine villager groups. The village committee is located at the bottom of Jinguang road.

(4) Jinxing village committee starts from Jinguang village in the East, Xitang river in the west, Xintang village and Xinhua Village (Xinlian Road) in the South and lumuwenling village in the north. With an area of 2.1 square kilometers, there are 583 households with a population of 1896 and 14 villager groups. The village committee is located in Xingguang road.

(5) Xintang village committee starts from the milk company and Xinhua Village in the East, and ends at Xitang river in the West; it starts from Shiziyang River in the south, and ends at Expressway and Jinxing village in the north. With an area of 0.75 square kilometers, there are 295 villagers (residents) with a population of 1048 and 5 villager groups. The village committee is stationed at Xintang Qiaotu of Chengbei highway.

(6) Xinhua Village Committee starts from Shiziyang River (Canghe bridge) and Jinguang village in the East, Xitang river and Xintang village in the west, suzhan village in the South and Jinguang village in the north. With an area of 1 square kilometer, there are 640 villagers (residents) with a population of 1443. There are 8 villager groups. The village committee is stationed at NO.5 bridge of Chengbei highway.

(7) Suzhan village committee starts from the west of Chuangxin road in the East, east of Shiziyang River in the west, north of Huning railway in the South and south of Chuangxin River in the north. With an area of 0.7 square kilometers, there are 434 villagers (residents) with a population of 939 and 6 villager groups. The village committee is located in beisuzhan road of Suzhou railway station.

(8) Haiyong neighborhood committee has 2159 households (distributed in each village) with a population of 4656 and 15 resident groups. The neighborhood committee is stationed at Xitu of Hufu bridge.
