Zhang Zhen

Zhang Zhen, male, Han nationality, born in December 1973 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, graduated from the Central Party school. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1993 and began to work in August 1994.

He is now vice mayor of Yancheng people's government and director of Yancheng Public Security Bureau.

In August 1994, he was a trainee cadre of Public Security Department of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department

In August 1995, he was a member of the Public Security Department of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Bureau (during which he was sent to Liyuan police station of Wuxi public security bureau from January 1996 to January 1997, and studied politics and law in the Central Party school from August 1997 to December 1999)

In April 2001, he served as deputy chief of case investigation section and deputy leader of public security action team of Public Security Administration Bureau of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Bureau

In August 2006, he was the director of the Public Security Administration Office of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department

In August 2011, he served as deputy chief of Public Security Police Corps of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, deputy director of Public Security Administration Bureau and deputy chief of Marine Police Corps

In July 2015, he was the director of the office of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department

In July 2019, he will be the director and first-class investigator of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department

In September 2019, he served as the director of the office of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, director of the administrative examination and approval department, and first-class investigator (during which he served as the deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party committee of Wuxi public security bureau from February 2018 to November 2019)

In December 2019, he will be deputy mayor of Yancheng Municipal People's government and director of Yancheng Municipal Public Security Bureau
