Tiebukenwusan Township, a township under the jurisdiction of hecheser Mongolia Autonomous County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of hecheser Mongolia Autonomous County, adjacent to Naren and Buke pasture in the East and south, Emin County in the West and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the north, with a total administrative area of 34.62 square kilometers.
In the early days of liberation, it was the second district. In 1984, it was changed to tiebukenwusan township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the township was 3151. In 2019, tiebukenwusan Township governs 8 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of tiebukenwusan township was 7.78 million yuan, an increase of 34% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 4 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in tiebukenwusan township.
History of construction

In 1958, red star commune was established.
In 1978, it was renamed tiebukenwusan commune.
In 1984, it was changed to tiebukenwusan township.

In 2019, tiebukenwusan Township governs eight administrative villages: tiebukenwusan village, MingEn Prague village, kokmodun village, Chagan adelge village, ulanbre village, qindeng village, charhulgen village and Bayin windur village.
