Akbielidou Township, belonging to Tuoli County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Tuoli County, bordering dorat Township in the East, kupu Township in the south, Yumin County in the West and Erdaoqiao Township in Emin County in the north, with a total administrative area of 1600 square kilometers.

In 1949, it was the first district of Kelei county.
