Bortong ancient ranch was established in 1957. Bortong ancient ranch is located 37 km west of Shawan County, next to 115 provincial road. It is adjacent to AnJiHai town of Shawan County in the East, Kuitun city and Dushanzi District in the west, and is connected with eight regiments 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 141 and 142 in the north. Economics

In 2005, the highest livestock production reached 102399 heads (individual, piece). At the end of the year, 57256 heads (individual) were on hand, including 3156 cattle and 53500 sheep.
