Daxigou Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Huocheng County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Huocheng County, with Lucaogou town in the East, Qingshuihe town in the south, hills in the west, Yiche Township and mohur pasture in the west, Tianshan Mountain in the north and Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in the north, with a total administrative area of 171.6 square kilometers.

In 1950, it was the Fifth District; in 1984, it was changed to Daxigou township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the township was 14209. In June 2020, Daxigou rural area has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.

The main crops in Daxigou are winter wheat, corn and sugar beet, and the main animal husbandry is cattle, sheep, pigs and chickens. In 2018, Daxigou township has 2 industrial enterprises and 6 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
