Setili Township, belonging to Yingjisha County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Yingjisha county. It is connected with yingyeer Township in the East, mangxin Township in the south, qiaolepan Township in the West and Shule County in the north. It is 10 kilometers away from Yingjisha County, with a total area of 104.51 square kilometers.
In 1913, when Yingjisha set up the county, sehtili and suhuruk under the jurisdiction of airimudong Township in Shule county were a yurixi. In August 1984, sehtili commune was changed into sehtili township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the population was 11904. In 2019, setili village governs 10 administrative villages, and the people's government is located in Kant Airike village.

In 1913, when Yingjisha county was established, suhuruk and other places under the jurisdiction of setili and AI RI Mu Dong Township in Shule county were a Yuri West.
In 1943, when the Baojia system was implemented, setili was a township.
In 1950, after the abolition of Baojia system, setili was under the jurisdiction of mangxin II district.
In August 1958, setili commune was established; in October of the same year, the administrative division was adjusted, and suhuluke village under the jurisdiction of setili commune was put under the jurisdiction of Shule County; in December of the same year, setili commune and mangxin commune were merged into mangxin commune.
In December 1961, munsin commune established setili commune.
In 1966, setili was re incorporated into munsin commune.
In 1970, setilifu was separated from mangxin commune and renamed Xiangyang commune.
In 1978, Xiangyang commune was renamed setili commune.
In August 1984, setili commune was transformed into setili township.
