Tartajik Township
Taltajik Township, subordinate to aktao County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of aktao County, adjacent to kuslapu Township in the East, tashkergan Tajik Autonomous County in Kashgar region in the south, West and southwest, and qiarlong Township in the north, with an administrative area of 981.7 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the population of ttajik Township had 5292 registered residence. As of October 2019, there are eight administrative villages under the jurisdiction of tartajik rural areas.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of tartajik township was 12.582 million yuan. The local fiscal revenue was 510000 yuan. In 2018, there are 6 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in tartajik township.
History of construction
Before 1955, it belonged to Tashkurgan county.
In 1955, it belonged to aketao county and was Ta'er township of Qiaerlong district.
In 1958, it was the thar administrative area of challong commune.
In 1962, thar commune was established.
In 1965, it was incorporated into chiarlong commune.
In 1981, thar commune was established.
In October 1984, she was withdrawn to build the township, and the tartajik township was established.
In August 1999, after a major flood, the three affected villages were relocated to 2.5km away from Jiama tieleke township.
In 2008, three villages were officially established and named, and taltajik township was established in the relocation site.

Tartajik nationality township is located in the northwest of aktao County, adjacent to yafuquan town in the East, Jiama tieleke Township in the south, tuotayi farm in the West and Kashi Caohu town in the north, with an administrative area of 981.7 square kilometers.
