Kiziletao Township
Kiziletao Township, a township under the jurisdiction of aktao County in Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of aktao county. It is connected with Kizil Township and Wuqia Township in Yingjisha County in the East and North, aktara pasture, qiarlong Township and kuslapu Township in the south, and bulukou Township in the west, with an administrative area of 3882 square kilometers.

History of construction
Kiziletao Township originally belongs to the eighth District of kiziletao in Yingjisha county.
In 1954, the eight districts of kiziltao were under the jurisdiction of aketao county.
In 1955, it was the kiziltao district.
In 1959, kiziltao commune was rebuilt, with five administrative areas under its jurisdiction.
In August 1961, it was divided into urdulong commune and kiziltao commune. Kiziletao commune governs qimugan, toyunduk, Kapuka, alpalek and other brigades, and the commune is stationed in qimugan brigade, so it is also called qimugan commune; KAYIZI brigade belongs to qiarong commune, and hantirek brigade belongs to Baren commune.
In 1965, urdulong commune and kiziltao commune re merged to form kiziltao commune.
In 1967, it was renamed Red Star commune.
In 1978, the original name of kiziltao commune was restored.
In October 1984, the commune was withdrawn and the township was built.

As of October 2019, keziletao township has jurisdiction over 2 living areas and 12 administrative villages: Rural Ranch Living area, rural farm living area, urdulong Wozi village, kalwule village, Hongxin village, aijack village, kalatashi village, kalatashi qimugan village, tuoyunduke village, Tamu village, Kapuka village, qimugan village, alpalek village and tambuzi village.

Kiziletao township is located in the south of aketao county. It is connected with kizile Township and Wuqia Township in Yingjisha County in the East and north respectively. It is adjacent to aketala ranch, qiarlong Township and kuslapu Township in the South and bulukou Township in the west, with an administrative area of 3882 square kilometers.

Kiziletao township is located in the east slope of GongGeEr, with majestic mountains, crisscross gullies and steep mountains, which are composed of undulating ridges and eroded planation surface. The southeast is a shallow mountain area. The highest peak is in boziadiertasung mountain, with an altitude of 3404.8 meters; the lowest point is in qikemu, with an altitude of 1930 meters.

Kiziletao belongs to plateau mountain climate, which is characterized by no obvious four seasons, only warm and cold seasons, less annual precipitation, large evaporation, thin air and high solar radiation intensity. Due to the low air density and pressure, the boiling point of water is about 82 ℃, and the oxygen content in the air is low. The oxygen content in every cubic meter of air is only 170g-180g. 2 ℃ in January and 16 ℃ in July. The annual accumulated temperature ranges from 1984 ℃ to 2669 ℃. The annual average frost free period is 150 days.
