Bayinguoleng Township, which belongs to Hejing County, Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Hejing County, adjacent to bayingulu Township in the East, Luntai County and Kuqa County in the south, Tuokexun County of Turpan and Gongliu County of Yixing Kazak Autonomous Prefecture in the west, and Xinyuan County in the north. It is 320 kilometers away from Hejing County, with a total area of 30857.99 square kilometers.

In 1950, Bayinguoleng township was the second township of Bayinbuluke district; in November 1984, Bayinguoleng animal husbandry commune was changed into Bayinguoleng township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Bayin Guo Lun township was 1615. In 2019, Bayinguoleng Township governs 7 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Bayinguoleng village.
