Tatyanan town

Tatarang Town, belonging to Qiemo County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Qiemo county and the southern edge of Tarim Basin. It is adjacent to Ruoqiang County in the East, kuoshatama Township in the south, aktikandun Township in the West and Taklimakan Desert in the north, with a total area of 1008.4 square kilometers.

In 1984, tatarang township was established; in 2015, tatarang township was changed from township to town. By the end of 2018, the population of the registered residence in the town of Tai Ti was 3625. In 2019, five administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of tatyanan Town, and the people's government will be stationed in serykbuyang village.

In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise and two comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in tatyanan town.

History of construction

In 1757, a Uighur Hunter lived there. Later, he moved several farmers from Arele township to open up wasteland and form a village.

In 1958, five communes were established.

In 1966, it was changed into solidarity commune.

In 1978, the original name of the five communes was restored.

In 1984, the five communes withdrew the commune and established the township of tatyanang.

In 2015, tatyanang township was changed from township to town.
