Tuotuo Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Jinghe County, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Jinghe County, adjacent to Wusu County in Tacheng area in the East, Nileke County in the south, mangding Township in the west, and Tuoli County in Tacheng area in the north. The administrative area is 1864.00 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in toto town was 3501.
Tuotuo town was originally the Tuotuo brigade of Chengguan commune. In 1984, Tuotuo township was established. On January 9, 2016, Tuotuo township was removed from township to town. As of October 2019, Tuotuo town has jurisdiction over 7 administrative villages and 1 community.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Tuotuo town was 1.25 million yuan, the total agricultural output value was 75.504 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen was 8367 yuan. In 2018, there are 6 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in toto town.
