7. If it is open at night, necessary lighting equipment and emergency measures for power failure shall be provided;

8. The installation and use of amusement devices shall comply with the technical standards stipulated by the relevant departments of the state;

9. The sanitation and ventilation equipment shall meet the standards stipulated by the health authorities;

10. The boundary noise of the place must conform to the environmental noise emission standard stipulated by the state;
