XIAOYINGPAN Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Bole City, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Bole City, adjacent to qingdeli Township and 84 regiment farm of the Fifth Agricultural Division in the East. It is adjacent to areletoha pasture in the south, Wenquan County in the west, alatao mountain in the north and Kazakhstan. The administrative area is 1159.00 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 26992 people registered residence in Xiaoying pan town.

On July 13, 1983, the district township system was implemented in XIAOYINGPAN, which established six townships. In July 1987, XIAOYINGPAN town was built. As of October 2019, XIAOYINGPAN town has 29 administrative villages and 2 communities.

History of construction

In 1920, it was under the jurisdiction of Bole county.

In 1950, it was divided into two districts.

In 1959, Liaoyuan commune was established.

In 1978, Liaoyuan commune was renamed XIAOYINGPAN commune.

On July 13, 1983, the district township system was implemented in XIAOYINGPAN, which established six townships.

In July 1987, XIAOYINGPAN town was built.
