Qingyanghu Township, belonging to jimusar County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of jimusar County, adjacent to ERGONG town in the East, Xindi Township in the south, Santai town in the West and 107 regiment of the Sixth Agricultural Division of BINGTUAN in the north. The area is 362.77 square kilometers. In 2018, 8801 people registered residence.

In 1902, Fuyuan County was established as Qingyang Lake District. In the early Republic of China, it was Qingyang Lake canal. In 1950, it belonged to three districts. In 1954, Fuyuan County was renamed jimusar county. After 1958, he united the brigade for Santai commune. In 1981, it was renamed Qingyang Lake brigade. In 1984, it separated from Santai commune and set up Qingyang Lake Township. In October 2019, qingyanghu Township governs five administrative villages.
