Three Zhuangzi towns

The three Zhuangzi towns, belonging to Qitai County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, are located in the southeast of Qitai County, adjacent to Dongcheng Town of Mulei Kazakh Autonomous County in the East, laoqitai town in the south, Qitai central tuanchang 109 community of BINGTUAN Sixth Agricultural Division in the west, and wumachang Kazakh Township in the north. The area is 89.32 square kilometers. In 2018, 4693 people registered residence.

In 1958, it belonged to the red flag commune. In 1975, it belonged to laoqitai commune. In 1984, it belonged to laoqitai town. In 1987, it separated from laoqitai town and established three Zhuangzi townships. In 2014, the township was set up. In October 2019, the three Zhuangzi towns have jurisdiction over five administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 16 industrial enterprises in the three Zhuangzi towns, and 56 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

In 1987, it separated from laoqitai town and established three Zhuangzi townships.

In 2014, the township was set up.

By the end of 2011, three Zhuangzi towns had jurisdiction over six administrative villages, namely, Youth Village, three Zhuangzi Village, tuyuancang village, Maliantan village, dongchenghe village and shuanglaoba village.

In October 2019, three Zhuangzi towns have jurisdiction over five administrative villages: Maliantan village, three Zhuangzi villages, Qingnian village, tuyuancang village and shuanglaoba village.

Sangezhuangzi town is located in the southeast of Qitai County, adjacent to Dongcheng Town of Mulei Kazakh Autonomous County in the East, laoqitai town in the south, 109 community of Qitai center of the Sixth Agricultural Division of BINGTUAN in the west, and wumachang Kazakh Township in the north. The area is 89.32 square kilometers.

Sangezhuangzi town belongs to temperate continental arid and semi-arid climate, which is characterized by four distinct seasons, sufficient light and long frost free period. The temperature changes violently in spring, hot and dry in summer, mild and cool in autumn and cold in winter. The annual average temperature is 5 ℃. The annual average growth period is 206 days, and the annual average frost free period is 150 days. The annual average sunshine hours are 3035 hours. The duration above 0 ℃ is 180 days (generally from April 15 to October 15). The annual average precipitation is 176mm.

In 2017, there were 4683 permanent residents in three Zhuangzi towns.

In 2018, three Chuang-tzu towns had 4693 registered residence population.

Economics

In 2011, the three Zhuangzi towns had 74000 mu of cultivated land, 16.1 mu per capita. The total output value of agriculture is 870 million yuan. Grain crops are mainly wheat and corn, producing 27000 tons of grain, 5869.6kg per capita, including 18000 tons of wheat and 9000 tons of corn. The main economic crops are sugar beet, edible sunflower, melon, naked pumpkin, etc. the planting area of sugar beet is 7200 mu, with an output of 36000 tons; the planting area of edible sunflower is 9800 mu, with an output of 3000 tons; the planting area of melon is 3100 mu, with an output of 300 tons; and the planting area of naked pumpkin is 4300 mu, with an output of 400 tons. Animal husbandry is mainly to raise pigs, sheep and poultry, with 35000 pigs and 2900 at the end of the year; 55000 sheep and 21000 at the end of the year; 611000 poultry.

In 2011, the industries of the three Zhuangzi towns were mainly cement manufacturing, stone processing, grain and oil processing, with a total industrial output value of 360 million yuan. There are 28 industrial enterprises, 668 employees, 232 commercial outlets and 712 employees. The total sales of social goods reached 10.83 million yuan, an increase of 0.6% over the previous year. There is one urban and rural fair market, with an annual turnover of 10.8 million yuan, a total financial revenue of 3.017 million yuan, a decrease of 0.7% over the previous year. The balance of various deposits of financial institutions was 67.3 million yuan, and the balance of various loans was 55.08 million yuan.

There are 158 folk art practitioners with local characteristics and 1 stadium. 50% of the villages are equipped with fitness equipment, and 17% of the permanent residents often participate in sports activities. There is one radio and cultural station, and 600 cable TV users, with a household rate of 53.2%.

At the end of 2011, there was one kindergarten with 56 children and one full-time teacher in the three Zhuangzi towns, and one primary school with 161 students and 27 full-time teachers. The enrollment rate of primary school-age children was 100%. The enrollment rate of junior middle school age population, the enrollment rate from primary school to primary school, and the coverage rate of nine-year compulsory education are all 100%.

In 2011, there were 8 urban minimum living security households with 8 people in three Zhuangzi towns, with an expenditure of 23712 yuan, an increase of 55.7% over the previous year, 247 yuan per month, an increase of 171.4% over the previous year; 57 rural minimum living security households with 101 people, with an expenditure of 113000 yuan, an increase of 13% over the previous year, and 93.23 yuan per month, an increase of 12% over the previous year. In 2011, three Zhuangzi towns have formed a transportation network composed of highway transportation modes. The 303 provincial road passes through, leading to Dongcheng Town of Mulei Kazak Autonomous County in the East, and to the 109 community of Qitai center, the Sixth Agricultural Division of XPCC in the West.
