The park site was originally a natural pond and was built into a park in 1986. In the north, there is a mountain with an altitude of 1900 meters as a barrier. Five small green hills with karst landform protrude from the mountain, holding the park by its side. The mountains are clear and the water is green, so it is called Qingbi park. Red walls are built around the walls, and the forest belt around the garden is planted inside the ring wall, which is green and gloomy. The garden covers an area of 98 mu, with a starfish shaped lake in the center and 26 mu of water surface. Pave stone and cement brick trails around the lake. The park around the lake is divided into small forest parks by forest belts. The ground is green and fragrant. It can be called one of the "water oasis" in the downtown.

At the entrance of the garden, there is a path between bamboo and silver fir, which is more than 100 meters long. On the right side of the middle of the lake, there is a rectangular pavilion with four corners raised and covered with flashing green glazed tiles; there are two square pavilions with four corners raised and covered with flashing green glazed tiles; one is a concrete spire, and the other is covered with flashing glazed tiles; there is a Lake walk from the Northeast bank through the two pavilions on the lake to the southwest bank. The northeast section is a curved bridge, with 7 turns at 60 ° angle every 6 meters; the southwest section is a raised arch bridge, named "Bibo bridge", with cruise ships crossing under the bridge opening.

On the left side of the lake, a yellow glazed Pavilion is built to live alone in the lake. There is a green garden around the pavilion, just like a gold gem set in the lake. Around the lake there are different sizes of lotus leaf shaped piers for passing the water, named Lotus Pond. There are small pieces of Lin Yuan separated by cypress and holly on the side of this pool of water. There are red maple forests, Meilin, cherry blossoms, red leaves, Li Lin, peach trees, Magnolia forests, mangrove forests, fragrant flowers, red blossoms and green flowers.

Then there is the bonsai garden, with all kinds of exquisite bonsai, which are in all kinds of forms, competing for wonders; on the Bank of Hunan, there is a shady forest belt, in front of which is a boat waiting Pavilion by the lake. There are two square golden glass corner pavilions, with a corridor in the middle, equipped with all kinds of boats; visitors come in an endless stream every day.
