Liuhudi Town, belonging to Manas County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north of the county. It is adjacent to beiwucha town in the East, 147 regiment farm of the Eighth Agricultural Division of BINGTUAN in the West and south, 148 regiment farm and 149 regiment farm of the Eighth Agricultural division of BINGTUAN in the north. The area is 251 square kilometers. In 2018, 6754 people registered residence.

In 1956, Yongfeng senior society. In October 1958, it belonged to beiwucha commune. In October 1971, it became Yongfeng commune. In October 1981, it was renamed liuhudi commune. In October 1984, six local townships were set up. In September 1994, the township was set up. In October 2019, liuhudi town governs 7 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were four industrial enterprises in six towns and six comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area of more than 50 square meters.
