Letuyi Town, belonging to Manas County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of the county, adjacent to Dafeng Town of Hutubi County in the East, Kazak township of Tahe River in the south, and baojiadian town in the West and North. The area is 143.33 square kilometers. In 2018, 12436 people registered residence.

In 1950, it was Changsheng township of the second district. In 1953, it belonged to four districts. In 1958, it belonged to baojiadian commune. In 1971, it became Hongsheng commune. In 1978, it was renamed as letuyi commune. In 1984, the township system was restored. In 1987, the township was set up. In October 2019, letuyi town has nine administrative villages.
