Liushugou Township

Liushugou Township, belonging to Yizhou District, Hami City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Hami City, bordering on dewailuduke Kazakh nationality township in the East, SANDAOLING mining area in the south, qijiaojing town in the West and salqioke Township in Balikun County in the north. The area is 920.88 square kilometers. In 2018, 1632 people registered residence.

In 1950, it belonged to Tianshan District. In 1958, Xishan commune established a joint venture ranch, and soon merged into Yiwu Yanchi ranch. In 1966, Qincheng and Xishan were merged and renamed as "Hongxing Ranch". The site is located in Liushugou of Xishan and is managed by Xishan commune. In 1980, Hongxing ranch was changed into state-owned Liushugou ranch. In 1984, the township system was set up in Liushugou pasture, and the system of government enterprise integration was implemented with the pasture. As of October 2019, Liushugou township has jurisdiction over two administrative villages.

In 2018, Liushugou township has a comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In 1950, it belonged to Tianshan District.

In 1958, Xishan commune established a joint venture ranch, and soon merged into Yiwu Yanchi ranch.

In 1966, Qincheng and Xishan were merged and renamed as "Hongxing Ranch". The site is located in Liushugou of Xishan and is managed by Xishan commune.

In 1980, Hongxing ranch was changed into state-owned Liushugou ranch.

In 1984, the township system was set up in Liushugou pasture, and the system of government enterprise integration was implemented with the pasture.
