Guyan street, which starts from Xiguan road in the East, xiaochuanzi road in the west, expressway in the South and beihaizi in the north, has jurisdiction over 7 communities (8 communities) including jingshuomen, Xicheng Road, donghaiyuan, Xihuan Road, Xiyuan, Jingmin road and xiaochuanzi, with a total of 8834 households and 30920 people. The office is located near the administrative center of Guyuan City.

Jurisdiction

In 2009, New District streets were set up, with the jurisdiction of Xiguan road in the East, xiaochuanzi road in the west, expressway in the South and beihaizi in the north; jingshuomen, Xicheng Road, donghaiyuan, Xihuan Road, Xiyuan, Jingmin road and xiaochuanzi 7 communities (now 8 communities) with a total of 8834 households and 30920 people. The office is located near the administrative center of Guyuan City. Located in the middle of Yuanzhou District, on both sides of Qingshui River. Baozhong railway, Yinping highway and Xilan highway transit. The historic site is Wenlan Pavilion of Qing Dynasty. Chengguan town was built in 1956, the commune was changed in 1958, the suburban commune was renamed in the same year, and Chengguan town was rebuilt in 1962. In 1996, it covers an area of 8 square kilometers and has a population of 60000. It has jurisdiction over Donghong administrative village and the first to 17th neighborhood committees. In 2003, Chengguan town was abolished and Zhongshan street was established. It has jurisdiction over 15 communities including Beihuan, Zhongshan North Street, Beiguan Road, jingshuomen, Wenhua lane, Zhongxin Road, Nansi, Gongnong lane, Songjia lane, Zhongshan South Street, Xicheng Road, Xiyuan, Junmin Road, Qinghe Road and railway station. In 2009, Zhongshan street was abolished and Nanguan street, Xinqu street and Beiyuan street were established.

Change of name

In November 2014, Guyuan municipal government agreed to change the name of the New District sub district office of Yuanzhou District to Guyan sub district office of Yuanzhou district.
