Lingsha Township

Lingsha township is located on the Bank of the Yellow River, with a total area of 83.62 square kilometers. The ancient Changqu and pangqu are located in the East and West, with rich water resources and good drainage and irrigation conditions. Along the Yellow River Highway and Lingbao highway, the roads connecting villages from township to village run through the whole area. The township governs 12 administrative villages with a total population of 15706 (in 2017). The township has 63400 mu of arable land and rich labor resources.

The government guided farmers to make rational use of resource advantages and adjust the industrial structure. 16 dehydrated vegetable planting demonstration sites, 50 energy-saving sunlight greenhouses and 11 ternary structure planting demonstration parks were newly built. One company invested more than 4 million yuan, two companies invested more than 1 million yuan and 14 companies invested more than 500000 yuan.

There is a middle school and eight primary schools. Middle schools were famous in the region in the 1980s and 1990s, which provided a large number of talents for the construction of Shizuishan city. Now they mainly focus on junior middle school education.
