Muli town

Muli town is located in the north of Tianjun County, 166 kilometers away from the county government. Population 1233 (2017). It covers an area of 1680.57 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over four animal husbandry committees, namely, Saina Heliang, juhugen, Zuolong and tangmori.

Located at 97 ° 16 ′～ 99 ° 42 ′ e, it borders Haibei Prefecture in the East, zhouqun Township and zhihema Township in the south, Yangkang Township and Longmen Township in the west, and Suli Township in the north. The climate of the whole year is dry and cold, and there is no division of four seasons. The annual rainfall is 282-774 mm. The climate belongs to the plateau humid pastoral area.

A large amount of coal is stored in the territory. According to statistics, the coal storage amount reaches 3.3 billion tons, accounting for 67% of the province's coal reserves. There are Qinghua company, Yihai company, Xingqing company, Jiangcang energy, Qinghai coking coal, Shengxiong company, Zhongdi mining and other enterprises to develop coal resources in Muli. The total length of qaidar Muli railway is 141 km, 45.9 km in our town. There are permafrost areas in Muli town. The natural gas hydrate "combustible ice" drilled in Muli is a kind of new energy, which is known as the most promising strategic resource in the 21st century.

Development history

Muli town belongs to shanghuancang District in 1956. It became Muli commune in 1959, Muli Township in 1963, Muli commune in 1969 and Muli Township in 1984. In 2005, Tianjun County adjusted the township administrative division: abolishing Muli Township and establishing Muli town.

Transportation

Tianmu highway has been built in the town, with convenient transportation. There are hardened roads in the town, but some sections are gravel pavement.

At present, the distribution of residential buildings is disorderly, the land utilization rate is low, and the waste is serious. And the construction part is civil structure, the construction quality, health and fire prevention conditions are poor, all kinds of housing layout is chaotic, random.

administrative management

There is an administrative land of Muli Town People's Government in the current town. Completed and put into use in 2009, the current administrative land area is 1024 square meters. Because of permafrost and long-term blasting operation of coal development enterprises, the houses have many cracks and the whole terrain is sunken, which can not be used normally. Educational institution there is a boarding primary school covering an area of 0.50 hectares in the town, with three grades, 120 students and 9 teachers and staff.

Sangqikelong temple is located in the northwest corner of Muli town. It has 17 monks and 1 living Buddha. It is a Tibetan Buddhist temple. There are 7 houses on the west side of the temple.
