Lancai Township
Lanzai Township, which belongs to Tongren City, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, is located in the western part of Tongren City, east of the annual capital, Huang Naihai Township, south of Zeku County, west of Guide County, and Jianzha County, north of China. In 2018, the area was 407.79 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 4931.
In 1949, the lancai area was managed by the pastoral work team of Tongren County. In 1956, six districts of Tongren were established, under which tufang township was set up. In 1957, an accounting township was set up. In September 1958, Dongfeng commune was established. In 1961, it was restored to lancai township. In 1967, it was changed to lancai commune. In 1984, it was changed to lancai township. As of October 2019, lancai township has jurisdiction over lancai animal husbandry Committee, tufang village committee and huanquehu animal husbandry Committee.
In 2018, lancai township has 5 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
