Shipo Township
Shipo township is located 40 kilometers southeast of Huguan County, bordering Qiaoshang Township in the East, dongjingling Township and Shuzhang town in the south, Jinzhuang town and Dianshang town in the west, and Pingshun County in the north. In 2000, it was established by yuanshipo Township and yuanshihemu township. The township governs 30 administrative villages and more than 90 natural villages, with a permanent population of 12661 (in 2017). The territory area is 132.17 square kilometers, ranking first in the county, with a forest area of 165000 mu. It is the largest artificial afforestation area in the county, with a forest coverage rate of 76%.

Huguan county governs township. Shipo commune was built in 1958, Shipo township was built in 1984, and shihemu township was merged in 2000.
