Qinxu Township, subordinate to Min County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, is located in the southwest of Min County, in the middle reaches of Xihe River, a tributary of diezang River, connecting Sigou Township in the East, Diebu County in the south, Zhuoni County in the West and Shili town in the north, with an administrative area of 232.1 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, Qin Xu had 23861 registered residence population. As of June 2020, 21 villages were in the jurisdiction of Qin Xu, and the township government was in the village of muddy land.

History of construction
In 1912, xiaoxixiang was established.
In 1949, it was Qinxu township of Nanchuan district.
In July 1958, Qin Xu commune was rebuilt.
In October 1983, it was changed to Qinxu township.
