Chenghao town

Chenghao Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Huachi County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Huachi County. It is a hilly and gully area on the edge of Ziwuling. It borders Heshui County in the southeast, Yuele town in the southwest, Shanzhuang Township and Rouyuan town in the northeast, with a total administrative area of 461.31 square kilometers.

In the Western Han Dynasty, it belonged to Beidi County; in 1962, it was Chenghao commune of Huachi County; in 1983, it was changed into Chenghao township. In 2015, Chenghao township was withdrawn from the township and built into a town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence in the town was 13239. In June 2020, Chenghao town has jurisdiction over one community, 12 administrative villages and one village level unit.

History of construction

In the Western Han Dynasty, it belonged to Beidi county.

In the Sui and Tang Dynasties, it belonged to Yanqing County.

In 2005, Dinghan township was merged into Chenghao township.

In 2015, Chenghao township was withdrawn from the township and built into a town.

The town people's government is located in yujiabian village.
