economic development

By the end of October 2010, the town has invested more than 3 million yuan to plant more than 240000 trees, built 10 professional planting villages including Toona sinensis, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, apple, walnut, pear, etc., and completed more than 800 households of blank courtyard greening and 53 km of passageway greening.

Haiji'ao Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. has settled down in Ling village and started construction. The average temperature is 8.5 ℃, the annual accumulated temperature is 3254 ℃, the annual sunshine hours is 2291-2745 hours, the frost free period is 150-170 days, and the annual average precipitation is 550-680 mm. The total land area of the town is 162.8 square kilometers, with cultivated land of more than 61000 mu.
