Solow Township
Suoluo Township, belonging to Kongtong District, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, is named after two fern Alsophila spinulosa trees, which later evolved into Suoluo. SOLUO township is located in the northern tableland of Kongtong District, bordering Wangcun township of Jingchuan County in the southeast, Zhongyuan township of Zhenyuan County in the northeast, Huasuo Township in the southwest and JiangBai village of Zhenyuan County in the northwest, with an administrative area of 57.8 square kilometers.
In September 1949, Solow Township belonged to Huasuo district. In September 1958, red star commune was established. In December 1958, it merged with Dongchuan Hongqi commune and became Jinghe commune. In 1984, it was changed to Solow township. By the end of 2018, 13541 people had registered residence in Sao Luo. As of June 2020, Solow township has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located at No. 17, hongxingshe street, Zhangshu village.
In 2018, there were 11 industrial enterprises and 7 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Solow township.

In October 1955, it was included in the white water area.
In March 1958, Baishui district was withdrawn and merged into Township, and Rulin township was merged into Solow township.
In September 1958, red star commune was established.
