Huazhai Township

Huazhai Township, belonging to Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, is located in the south of Ganzhou District, at the north foot of Qilian Mountain, adjacent to Anyang Township in the East, Qilian Mountain in the south, Longqu township of Ganzhou District in the west, and Nantan township of Ganzhou District in the north. It covers an area of 70.6 square kilometers. In 2018, huzhai Township had 7791 registered residence population.

In 1953, huazhai township was established. In 1961, it merged with Anyang and established Anyang commune. In 1983, it was separated from Anyang commune and rebuilt huazhai township. As of June 2020, huazhai township has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in huazhai village.

In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise in huazhai Township, including one industrial enterprise above Designated Size and four comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
