Heping Town
Heping Town, belonging to Tailai County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Tailai County. It is adjacent to Keli town in the East, Zhenlai County in Jilin Province in the south, Tumuji Township in zalaid banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the west, and tazicheng town in the north. It is 25 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 488.66 square kilometers.
In February 1946, it belonged to the Second District of Tailai County. In November 2004, Hongsheng township was merged into Heping Town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in peace town was 37720. In 2019, Heping Town governs 1 community and 12 administrative villages, and the people's government is located in Heping Street.
In 2018, Heping Town had 7 industrial enterprises and 43 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In February 1946, it belonged to the Second District of Tailai County.
In April 1950, 16 villages, such as yujiaweizi, set up the Tenth District.
In June 1955, it was renamed Heping District.
In April 1956, it was divided into Heping and Liuhe townships.
In September 1958, it belonged to tazicheng commune.
In February 1962, the peace commune was established.
In May 1967, it was renamed Xiangyang commune.
In August 1969, it was renamed peace commune.
In March 1984, Heping commune was transformed into Heping township.
In August 2000, Heping township was transformed into Heping Town.
In November 2004, Hongsheng township was merged into Heping Town.
