Luoyuan town belongs to Luonan County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. As of June 2020, Luoyuan town has one community and nine administrative villages. By the end of 2018, 16500 people registered residence. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Luoyuan town reached 50 million yuan.
Historical evolution

In 1949, Luoyuan town was established.
In 1958, it was changed into Luoyuan commune.
