Yongxiang Township
Yongxiang township is subordinate to Luochuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the middle and north of Luochuan County, bordering Jiuxian town and huangzhang Township in the northeast and East, Fengqi town in the south, jizixian town in Fuxian County across Luohe River in the northwest, and Jiuxian town in the north. Its total area is 171.28 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Yong township has jurisdiction over 26 administrative villages. As of 2018, the number of permanent registered residence was 23754. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Yong Township reached 156 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 8288 yuan.
Historical evolution
It is said that during the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Yongxiang was named after "YONGGU Xiangbang". Yongxiang has been recorded in Yongzheng's Shaanxi Tongzhi.
During the period of the Republic of China, there were the Fourth District, old county Lianbao and Datong township.
At the beginning of 1949, Yongxiang district was established.
In 1958, Yongxiang commune was established.

Luochuan conference Memorial Hall
The former site of Luochuan conference is located in Fengjia village, Yongxiang Township, Luochuan County. The meeting site is a two hole brick kiln, which sits in the north and faces the south. It used to be a private school. The eastern cave is Mao Zedong's office and dormitory during the meeting, and the caves on both sides are the meeting rooms.
The former site of the Luochuan conference has been maintained and opened to the outside world since 1966. On June 25, 2001, it was announced by the State Council as the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
