Benta township is under the jurisdiction of Baqing County, Naqu City, Tibet. It has jurisdiction over 10 village committees: maixiong, Maqin, qikangwoma, tuoqin, Zamo, Quzhong, qugar, gaibaolong, yakutang and chagongka. It belongs to animal husbandry Township, raising yak, goat, sheep, etc. There are 714 households with a total of 3631 people. Benta township is located in Jue county and nierong County, adjacent to national highway 317. The township government is 118 kilometers away from the county seat, with an average altitude of about 4500 meters.
