Kangsha town
Luolong County, Changdu City, Tibet governs the town, the village committees such as Kangsha village, Dega village, Nalong village, yedui village and Charan village, and the town government is located in Kangsha village. Kangsha means "new house" in Tibetan.
It is located in the southwest of Changdu City, east of Luolong County, adjacent to Yuxi Township in the East, lajiu Township in the south, zituo town in the west, Dalong Township in the north, 35 km away from the county seat.
The township covers an area of 569.08 square kilometers.
In 2017, there were 6280 people in the township.
Historical evolution
Originally the residence of Luolong sect, Kangsha township was under the jurisdiction of Luolong District at the beginning of the county construction. After the district was withdrawn and merged in 1988, Kangsha township was set up. In 2002, Kangsha township was established.
In March 2014, Kangsha town governed seven village committees, namely Kangsha village, geguonong village, yedui village, Nalong village, Charan village, dudang village and Shengda village.

The town's GDP was 13.3367 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen was 1590.66 yuan, the output value of township enterprises was 385500 yuan, the income of diversified operation was 1.4135 million yuan, and the income of national handicraft industry was 54200 yuan.
Infrastructure construction
In May 2014, the new rural construction demonstration site of Dega village, Kangsha town was started. The construction contents are as follows: 1. The project with a total construction area of 5600 square meters, with a planned investment of 8.24 million yuan. 2. Village committee activity place, square, hardened pavement, greening. It is planned to invest 5 million yuan in water supply and drainage, public toilets, garbage collection points, solar street lamps, etc.
On October 25, 2019, the bidding notice for the construction of drinking water safety project in Kangsha village, Kangsha town was issued, including a new water intake, a 300 m3 reservoir and a 10.6 km long pipeline.

In early May 2017, the health center service team of Kangsha town went to Charan village to distribute nutrition products to children aged 6 months to 3 years old, explaining how to eat nutrition products for villagers.
Ecological environment protection
A total of 17610 trees were planted, with a survival rate of 90%. 48700 square meters of farmland was converted to forest, and the ecological environment was further improved.
