Xing'an Township

Xingan township is a place name. There are four towns with the same name in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Heilongjiang Province. Due to the influence of natural conditions and different local policy planning, there are differences in the development and construction of each town.

geographical position

Xing'an township is located in the northeast of Kailu County, on the south side of Xinkai County, bordering KeZuoZhong banner in the East and Zhalute banner in the north.

Population area

There are 12 administrative villages, 3645 households and 13699 people in the township. The total area under its jurisdiction is 334000 mu, including 63000 mu of cultivated land and 51000 mu of forest land.

economic development

By the end of June 2002, there are 310 cattle and 17240 sheep in stock. The local area is rich in red pepper and Daming mung bean, with a per capita income of 2300 yuan. since 1998, the work of attracting investment in Xing'an township has made great progress. So far, the amount of investment has reached 12.668 million yuan. The main investment projects include three brick factories, one gas station, one Yidu pepper processing plant and one fattening cattle farm.
