Infrastructure construction

Since 2000, Zuogong county has carried out the preliminary planning and design of xialinka township highway.

In July 2008, xialinka Township in Zuogong county was one of the nine townships without access to roads in Tibet Autonomous Region. From Zuogong county to the seat of the township government, it took seven days to get there only by walking and riding along the rugged and narrow mule horse post road, crossing several mountains more than 5000 meters, and crossing Yuqu and Nujiang rivers.

On May 18, 2008, the highway in xialinka township was started, with a total length of 114 kilometers and six rivers. The total planned investment is 67.36 million yuan.

From 2007 to 2009, a total of 4.781 million yuan of special funds for housing projects were distributed in zhonglinka Township, making 350 farmers and herdsmen live in new houses.

Before October 2010, 54 households of farmers and herdsmen in zhonglinka Township were completed, and in October, 86 households were under construction.

On October 25, 2016, the highway from RAOJIN township to xialinka Township in Zuogong county was completed, with a total length of 36.233 km, a design driving speed of 20 km / h, a subgrade width of 4.5 m, a lane width of 3.5 m, and a gravel pavement.

In October 2016, xialinka township is implementing the highway from the township government to the Township Central School.

In early March 2018, the Party committee and government of xialinka Township were relocated to a new and better office environment.

In June 2018, RIBA hydropower station, the only hydropower project in xialinka Township, was completed and entered the commissioning stage.

In March 2019, the power supply facilities of riba hydropower station in xialinka township will be put into operation. On March 23, xialinka township government will be smoothly electrified, and it is expected that the whole township will be electrified by the end of June.

Culture and education

In March 2019, the Central Primary School of xialinka township will carry out mathematics competition activities, with the participation of grade 1 to grade 6 and students' football competition activities.

On August 21, 2020, CCCC road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. donated 52 sets of wardrobes and goods display cabinets to Central Primary School of Linka Township, with a value of 200000 yuan.

In early March 2018, xialinka Township held performances to celebrate the Spring Festival and Tibetan new year, including song and dance programs, tug of war, sandbags and other interesting games.
