It is located in the west of Zuogong County, Changdu City, 90km away from national highway 318 and 120km away from the county. It is adjacent to xialinka Township in the East, Dongba Township in the West and Chayu County in Linzhi Prefecture in the south.

Historical evolution

Zhonglinka township was set up in 1960, the commune was changed in 1970, and the township was restored in 1984.

By the end of 2010, there were 1049 households and 6039 people in the township. in 2017, the total population of the township was 6777.

rural economy

It is a semi agricultural and semi pastoral Township, planting highland barley, wheat and rape, and Grazing Yak, cattle, goats and sheep. from October 2012, zhonglinka Township implemented the first phase project of Zuogong county's ten thousand mu grape base, and completed the construction of 4000 mu grape base and supporting facilities in ruoba village of zhonglinka township. since 2015, zhonglinka township has implemented the second phase of Zuogong county's ten thousand mu grape base sub project to build grape base and supporting facilities in shizika village of zhonglinka township. in 2017, the construction project of ten thousand mu grape base was implemented in zhonglinka township. in December 2018, there were 475 poverty-stricken households and 2087 people in zhonglinka Township, including 12 deep poverty villages.

Infrastructure construction

From 2007 to 2009, a total of 4.781 million yuan of special funds for housing projects were distributed in zhonglinka township of Zuogong County, enabling 350 farmers and herdsmen to live in new houses with satisfaction. By October 2010, another 54 housing projects had been completed, and 86 housing projects were under orderly construction. on May 18, 2018, the 35 kV power transmission and transformation project of Wangda zhonglinka in Zuogong county was successfully started. The total length of the project line is 57 km, with 183 iron towers, crossing three Nujiang rivers, with the highest altitude of 4972 meters. The total investment of the project is 52 million yuan.

On July 19, 2017, zhonglinka township of Zuogong County launched a publicity campaign of "prevention of hydatidosis starts from everyone", so that farmers and herdsmen can understand what hydatidosis is, the source and route of transmission of hydatidosis, the types of hydatidosis, the location and characteristics of hydatidosis.

Ecological and environmental protection

In April 2018, zhonglinka Township organized and carried out the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards before flood season, publicized flood prevention knowledge to farmers and herdsmen, issued manuals on mountain flood disaster prevention, and informed emergency shelters. A total of 5 potential safety hazards before flood season were investigated and rectified, and more than 100 personnel and 2 excavators were dispatched.
