Basu County, Changdu City, Tibet Autonomous Region governs the township. In April 2015, it governs 10 village committees including kaqiong village, Jilong village, Xingong village, Biqing village, Biqiong village, Jizhong village, nade village, mujue village, Luolong village and Jiachong village.
