Shengda Township
In 1959, Shengda township was established. In 1970, it was changed into a commune. In 1984, it was restored. Located in the west of the county, 125.9 kilometers away from the county. It is 317 kilometers away from Changdu city. It covers an area of 2063.54 square kilometers and has a population of 13325 (2017). It has jurisdiction over 10 village committees, namely Luoma, zabute, SEPA, Luse, ribang, lachi, Ningbang, gezong and Renda.
