Mode: Technology Oriented
Similar to most farmers' associations, the original intention of this farmers' Marketing Association in duilongdeqing district is to promote the adjustment of the industrial structure of agriculture and animal husbandry and increase the income of farmers and herdsmen. However, what is different is that the association is positioned as a technical service-oriented farmers' Marketing Association, which is composed of scientific and technological personnel from duilong Deqing County, scientific and technological personnel from Naiqiong Town, scientific and technological households, specialized households, demonstration households and ordinary farmers. In October 2007, the association had 105 members, covering an area of 336 mu, including 105 high-efficiency solar greenhouses and 150 mu of open vegetable planting area. when the association was established in May 2004, it wanted to attract people's participation by virtue of its "technical content", but most farmers and herdsmen were unwilling to participate. Only 11 people with high enthusiasm for vegetable and flower planting joined the association on a voluntary basis and contracted the greenhouse by drawing lots. by popularizing science and technology, disseminating scientific ideas and methods, and carrying out various practical technical training, the association guides farmers to continuously increase their investment in science and technology in agriculture and animal husbandry, and improves the awareness of surrounding people to learn and use science, so as to mobilize farmers' enthusiasm for production. They are willing to grow from unwilling to willing, from willing to contract greenhouse by themselves, and from contracting greenhouse by themselves To be willing to participate in the market, there has been a great change in the understanding of the development of vegetable industry.
Function: let technology radiate strongly
The association has gone beyond the role of internal technology transmission, help and guidance, and the technology service system has radiated to a wider range. In neighboring Qushui County, Mozhugongka county and other places, farmers and herdsmen continue to live in Naiqiong town to learn technology. The association undertook the task of training farmers and herdsmen in Naiqiong town and duilongdeqing district. In order to fully reflect the radiation performance of the base, the association takes the standardized production of pollution-free vegetables as the window of new technology exhibition, and specially employs two technicians to be responsible for the technical service and guidance. From the establishment of the association to June 2007, an average of 10 rural practical skills training courses were held every year. the association pays attention to the combination of theoretical teaching and on-site guidance, so that farmers and herdsmen can deepen their mastery of vegetables, flower planting, Tibetan chicken breeding and other technologies, and regularly assess and return visit farmers and herdsmen who participate in the training. Through nearly three years of training, the association has gradually improved a set of rural science and technology service system. Farmers and herdsmen have basically mastered the greenhouse planting and Tibetan chicken breeding technology of all kinds of vegetables and flowers, and some people have been able to complete the planting and management independently.
Marketing: taking technology as the core
In terms of production and marketing, the association closely follows the market structure adjustment and employs technicians with rich practical experience to guide vegetable production, aiming to strengthen the adjustment of product structure and gradually transition from road vegetables to pollution-free and high value-added vegetables. the existing 105 Association farmers have basically mastered the cultivation of green and pollution-free vegetables in greenhouses, and the annual vegetable task is 2.8 million jin. In 2007, the association has become a pollution-free vegetable production base in Tibet, a science and technology demonstration base in Tibet, a science and technology demonstration base for comprehensive development of characteristic agriculture, a science popularization education demonstration base and a rural practical technology training base. Because of the benefits, many farmers and herdsmen from the initial wait-and-see, hesitation, to actively ask to join the association. In 2005, there were 27 farmers in the association, which directly increased their cash income by more than 300000 yuan; in 2006, there were 105 farmers in the association, mainly engaged in greenhouse vegetables, flower planting, processing and packaging, marketing brokerage, Tibetan chicken breeding, etc., with a cash income of more than 700000 yuan. guided by the market and with technology as the core, the association has established a commodity circulation service system to provide information services in terms of market price, quotation and transportation of agricultural products. In 2007, the Association launched a wholesale point, three retail points and vegetable market in Lhasa, and signed acquisition contracts with 10 units. At the same time, the association gradually covers the marketing scale to all kinds of agricultural and sideline products in the region, providing a large number of agricultural and sideline products for duilongdeqing county and the main urban area of Lhasa City, promoting the rapid development of rural agricultural and sideline industry.
