Yulu township is subordinate to Nanhua County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is located in the southeast of Nanhua County, on the watershed between the Yangtze River system and the red river system, 14 kilometers away from the county. It is bordered on the east by the boundary between Chuxiong and Donghua Town, on the south by Daguokou township of Chuxiong City, and on the north by Longchuan town of Nanhua County.
