Lufan street, street name. Located in the northwest of Anning City, Yunnan Province. It is 27 kilometers away from the city. 320 national highway. It has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages and communities, including mimalong, beichong, aijiaying, Haiwan, zhuangke, anfengying and Ludian.
In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Campaign Committee reconfirmed Ludian street as a national health township.
geographical position
Anning City governs the streets. Located in the northwest of the city. It covers an area of 113 square kilometers. The permanent resident population is 13046 (the sixth census in 2010). It has jurisdiction over one community and seven administrative villages. The office is located in Lu'an, 27 kilometers away from the urban area. 320 national highway.
Historical evolution
"Lu Dan" is the Yi language, which means "more white stones". Ludian is the passageway from Anning county to Western Yunnan, where "Pu" was set up in the past dynasties. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Erli, which was called Xihua town in the period of the Republic of China, also known as Lubao. In April 1950, Longhua District was set up; in September, Longhua District was changed to the Second District, which governs seven townships, including Shuanglu, Haiwan, Lulao, Baima, Shaojiu, Caopu and Qinglong. In December 1951, the second district had jurisdiction over 10 townships, namely Qinglong, LuoMing, Shuangmei, Shuanglu, Haiwan, beichong, Lulian, Baima, Shaojiu and Caopu. In October 1956, it was changed into Lu'an District, which has jurisdiction over six townships: Caopu, Shaojiu, Qinglong, Shuanglu, Lu'an and beichong. In 1958, Lufeng, beichong, Shuanglu (anfengying, Shuangmei) and Qinglong merged to form Heping commune, with four management areas of beichong, Lufeng, Shuanglu and Qinglong. In March 1959, Heping commune was still under the jurisdiction of Qinglong, Ludao, beichong and Shuanglu.
General situation
In May 1961, it was renamed Lu'an commune. At the end of 1962, Lu'an commune was under the jurisdiction of Lu'an, Haiwan, anfengying, Shuangmei and Guanzhuang; beichong commune was under the jurisdiction of Erhong commune. In May 1964, Lu'an commune had 7 production teams and 43 production teams in Lu'an, mi'malong, beichong, Guanzhuang (later changed to zhuangke), anfengying, Haiwan and aijiaying. In February 1984, it was changed into a district office, which has jurisdiction over six townships, including Ludian Town, zhuangke Town, beichong Town, anfengying Town, Haiwan Town, aijiaying town and mimalong town (Miao nationality township). In February 1988, the district was withdrawn and changed into Ludian Township, which has jurisdiction over seven offices, 42 village committees and 51 natural villages in Ludian, mimalong, zhuangke, beichong, anfengying, Haiwan and aijiaying. In 1996, it covers an area of 113 square kilometers and has a population of 11000. It has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, namely, Lulian, mimalong, zhuangke, beichong, anfengying, Haiwan and aijiaying.
? In 1956, Lu Fan township was set up as a town. In 2003, the town covers an area of 113.5 square kilometers and has a population of 11769, including 10542 agricultural people. It has jurisdiction over one community, seven administrative villages and 41 villager groups. In 2006, it covers an area of 113 square kilometers and has a population of 11800. It has jurisdiction over a community in Ludian and seven administrative villages in Haiwan, Ludian, anfengying, aijiaying, zhuangke, beichong and mimalong. The town government is stationed in Ludian. In April 2011, Ludian town was abolished and Ludian street was set up, which governs seven administrative villages and Ludian community, including mimalong, beichong, aijiaying, Haiwan, zhuangke, anfengying and Ludian.
