Heilinpu Street
Heilinpu street is located in the northwest of Kunming City, 5 kilometers east of the city. Located between 102 ° 41 'e and 25 ° 02' - 25 ° 07 'n, it is adjacent to Phuket office and Fengning office in the East, Majie office in the south, Tuanjie Township in the West and Shalang Township in the north. The total area is 28.36 square kilometers.
Evolution of organizational system
In Ming and Qing Dynasties, liyili, heilinli and banzhuangli were administered. In the Republic of China, it was Lingyuan Township and Fanzhu township. In 1950, it was part of the Fifth District of Kunming county. In 1954, it was part of the eighth District of Kunming city. After 1956, it belongs to Xishan District. In 1958, it was part of Dongfeng commune and set up Tuanshan, Haiyuan and Phuket three management areas. In April 1961, jianhailian commune was separated from Dongfeng commune. In May 1984, it was renamed Hailian office, and six brigades were changed into townships. In 1997, with an area of 49.7 square kilometers and a population of 77000, it has jurisdiction over six administrative villages, namely Haiyuan, Lianjia, Tuanshan, Zhaozong, Phuket and Datang. In November 2000, six offices were abolished and six village committees were set up accordingly. In June 2003, heilinpu town was abolished and heilinpu street in Xishan District was established. In February 2004, six village committees were abolished and six communities were established.
On September 1, 2004, Kunming municipal government adjusted the division of heilinpu street in Xishan District into Wuhua District and established heilinpu street in Wuhua District. On October 15, 2004, Wuhua District carried out street integration and set up Phuket street by dividing Datang, Lianjia and Phuket communities. The integrated heilinpu street has jurisdiction over three agricultural communities, namely Zhaozong, Tuanshan and Haiyuan, and five urban communities, namely Longyuan, Minshan, heilinpu, Shagou and liangjiahe. In 2005, the scope of jurisdiction was clarified: East to the 2nd Ring Road West, West to the demarcation line between Majie street and Tuanjie Township in the former Xishan District, South to Renmin Road West, north to the demarcation line between heilinpu street and Shalang township; jurisdiction over Zhaozong, Tuanshan, Haiyuan, Minshan, heilinpu, Longyuan, Zhangfeng (shagouwei Village), Liangyuan (liangjiahe) communities. History and culture
In April 1961, Dongfeng commune set up Hailian people's commune in some areas, and divided the management area into Tuanshan, Zhaozong, Haiyuan, Datang, Lianjia and Phuket. In May 1984, the Hailian people's commune was transformed into a Hailian office, and the six brigades under its jurisdiction were transformed into township governments. In January 1988, Hailian office and heilinpu office merged to establish heilinpu Town, and six townships were changed into six offices. In November 2000, six offices were abolished and six villagers' committees were set up accordingly. On June 20, 2003, with provincial and municipal approval, heilinpu town was abolished and heilinpu sub district office of Xishan District was established. In February 2004, six village committees were abolished and six community neighborhood committees were established. On September 1, 2004, the Kunming municipal government adjusted the division of districts, and assigned all heilinpu sub district offices of Xishan District to Wuhua District, and established heilinpu sub district office of Wuhua District. On October 15, 2004, Wuhua District carried out the integration of sub district offices. The three communities of Datang, Lianjia and Phuket were set up and Phuket sub district office was set up.
